NEW “AI-ASSISTED” HOME INSPECTION REPORTS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND!

Dave Pagano of DMP Inspections and Danielle LaFleur of Easy As Pie will be showcasing a new inspection software that streamlines your inspection and report writing process and can save you hours on your inspection and report generation time!

We’ve all discussed the potential “problems” with AI and reporting for home inspections - the internet can produce incorrect results. Talk to your device and Mach One software searches “Your Database of Comments” and pulls in the appropriate comment for your report.

SEE IT, SAY IT, IT’S IN THE REPORT!

Imagine the time savings of being able to recognize a problem or feature of a home you are inspecting and simply say it out loud. No stopping and tabbing to get to the proper section of the report. Jump from an Exterior section comment to Plumbing, to Electrical, without touching your device. The conventional list and selection of comments by touch is always an option. You can also “Freestyle” a new comment at any time for the report only or save it as a new stock comment.

The Mach One software is “cloud-based” so once you have the data in your hand-held device, it’s on your lap-top or desk-top computer at home as well.
